130. Zoo Adventures

This past Sunday, I went to the zoo again!
I'm really enjoying doing some animal sketches. I'm getting a better hang of drawing quicker since as we know, animals don't like to stay still for very long. Except for when they're sleeping. I want to try to get more caricature out of them next time.

It's been a while since I've been to the zoo and done some sketches. It was really nice to get back into the groove of things. And since I've renewed my membership at the Oakland Zoo, I'm committed to do more zoo sketches!

My mother often likes to tell me how great I look.

I actually doodled this one as an experiment with the pencil tool instead of the regular brush tool in photoshop.
Turned out alright.

124. Merry Holidays!

It's been a while since I last posted anything!
Well the holiday season is pretty much around us and soon 2012 will be all behind us! Time certainly flies by quickly nowadays.

Anyway, I did a little sketch, which turned out to be a happy accident.

I ended up giving that as a gift.

I also got a new brush in photoshop and drew this little bundle of joy! My friend's dog! I had a lot of fun doodling this one!
